• Will it fit my device (laptop / tablet / e-reader)?

 Yes! All cases are executed individually, according to the dimensions/model of your device. When ordering, select your model from the drop-down list or enter the dimensions of your device in inches in the notes with the order. We will make a cover taking into account all necessary requirements for comfortable and safe placement of your device in it.

• I want to make a case in the form of a book that you do not have listed on the site

No problems! We will create it for you in the form of the book that you want. To order this go there and simply send us the desired picture/photo or even just a link or an idea – we will place it on the cover of your case.

• I don't know the exact model of my device (laptop/tablet/e-reader)

It does not matter! Just take the ruler, measure the 3 sides of any of your devices (even the air conditioner remote control): height, width and depth and write them into the appropriate fields when ordering.

• What is your return policy?

You can get acquainted with this information in the appropriate menu section of our site.

• What payment options do I have?

You can pay by using PayPal, VISA, MasterCard

• I want to talk to a live person there. Can I call you?

• Are items made by hand?

Yes, absolutely all our products are sewn by hand without the use of glue, buttons, clips, nails and bolts). In addition, each individual product is sewn from beginning to end by one person.

• Do you make a discount for bulky orders?

Yes, we can consider a discount option when ordering from 10 items or more. For details, please write to info@caselibrary.com

• Do you sell anything that can carry the power cord as well?

Yes. We recommend buying a special case for accessories – it is 3 times smaller than the case for a laptop but is quite space-saving and convenient. This case perfectly fits your charger, memory stick, mouse, flash drive and other accessories.

 

MY ORDER

• I placed an order in a hurry and forgot to add another cover for accessories. Can it be added to the existing parcel?

Of course! Order the case for accessories and indicate in the comments that it has to be sent with your first order. Hurry up until your parcel has left!

• I placed an order but made a mistake in choosing the model/design

Please email us at info@caselibrary.com with your order number and the changes you want to make to your order.

• I placed an order, but my delivery address has changed

Please email us at info@caselibrary.com with your order number and the changes you want to make to your order.

• Can you add a Gift Message to my order?

Yes, of course! Gift Message is applied to the packaging next to the address. Specify the text of the message in the notes to the order.

• How can I track my order?

If you live in the US – you can track the movement of your parcel on the site www.ups.com. For the rest of the countries you can use the service for tracking parcels that your national operator provides or use universal international services: www.17track.net, www.dhl.com

• Can you give me an estimate as to when I'll receive the case?

We don’t have a warehouse for finished products and all of them are executed within 1-2 weeks, the delivery of the product from the moment of payment can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the country of the recipient.

• A tracking number doesn't work

If the shipment was made earlier than 4-5 days ago, it is possible that the number has not yet been entered in the mail service database – it usually takes a certain time after the parcel was sent. If the number is not tracked even after a week from the date of shipment, contact us with this question, we will check whether this number is correct.

• I was not at home when I was brought the parcel, how do I get it now?

Well, unfortunately, your package is likely to be returned. Try to contact your local postal operator. If it still comes back to us, we will certainly send it again, however you will have to pay again for the delivery.

• I moved to a different address. How can I change the address in an order?  You can change it in your account or send us an e-mail at info@caselibrary.com with the order number.

• I received the case and it's lovely, but it doesn't fit my device (laptop/tablet/e-reader)

Congratulations on your receipt and let's deal with this issue. We will create another product for you again and send it for free, if we were responsible for the mistake. Please, send us a photo of your opened case with the device inside and a ruler on the top.

• The case was damaged during shipping.

Please, address the complaint to your carrier. We are not responsible for the safety of the cargo upon its shipment.

• Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?

You can’t, unfortunately. All products are executed individually and we cannot resell them to anyone else.

• Can I add an accessory case to my order?

Of course, you can. This case perfectly fits your charger, memory stick, mouse, flash drive and other accessories.

 

DESIGN

• Can I pick any book cover I want for the case?

Yes, of course! You can offer absolutely any picture, a link to the photo or even just your idea, and our designer will implement it on the cover of the case.

• Do you have a list of the book titles you have available for covers?

Fortunately, we do not limit ourselves to lists of titles of books for placing on the case. You can offer absolutely any picture, a photo link or even just your idea, and our designer will implement it on the cover of the case. To find the desired cover, we suggest you use Google Images, Pinterest, Instagram or any other image search services.

• I wish to place not exactly a book but a movie poster, would that work?

Movies are our favorite topic! You can offer absolutely any picture, a photo link t or even just your idea, and our designer will implement it on the cover of the case.

• Can you copy any magazine or a newspaper cover?

Yes, of course! We can imitate the look of any magazine, just send us a sample cover or its name.

 

CONSTRUCTION

• Will it fit my device (laptop / tablet  /e-reader)?

Yes! All cases are executed individually, according to the dimensions/model of your device. When ordering, select your model from the drop-down list or enter the dimensions of your device in inches in the Enter your dimensions field. We will make a cover taking into account all necessary requirements for comfortable and safe placement of your device in it.

• What is the weight of the case?

The exact weight of the case depends on its size and materials used. The canvas will be lighter than the leather. On average, a standard case for 13 "Macbook Air will weigh 14 ounces or 400 grams

• What kind of material is the case made of? Is it flexible or is it hard, keeping its shape?

The case is equipped with an impact-resistant, moderately flexible plastic or cardboard, covered with a canvas or leather (depending on the design), is sewn from the inside with soft velvet, and also can be covered with a transparent opaque varnish to repel water and dirt.

• Is it made of real leather?

Yes, the covers are made of genuine leather or canvas (depending on the design, however if you are a vegetarian and wish to use artificial leather - please let us know in the comments to the order.

• How does it open?

You can easily open any case to 180 degrees.

• Are your cases padded on the inside?

All cases have buttons on the fastener, also in the form of newspapers and magazines padded with 6mm foam. All cases with zippers are padded on the inside with soft velvet. We can also equip the inside of the cases with zippers with 3 mm foam. Please, indicate your requests in the comments to the order.

• Can the case stay on the laptop when in use?

Yes, this is one of the main advantages of our cases. By using screen rubber pieces in the upper corners, you can safely keep your laptop inside the case in the open state.

• Does my laptop sleep when I close the case and does it wake when I open the cover?

Yes, thanks to the rubber pieces in the upper corners of the case which hold your screen, they allow it to repeat the movement of the upper lid when it closes or opens.

• If my device (laptop/tablet/phone) already has its plastic cover/hard shell/otterbox case, may it stay into this case?

Yes, of course! However, in this case we need the exact external dimensions of your cover on the device - just specify them in the fields Length, Width and Height when placing an order.

• Does the iPhone case actually have a piece to hold the phone in, or the case more like a box that flips open?

The phone inside the case is held by 2 rubber pieces placed diagonally at the corners.

• Are there any holes for camera in iPad/iPhone case?

No, we have excluded from the external design any details that can give away that this is a case and not a book. Thanks to this, the product will resemble a real book under any circumstances and from any angle.

• Would it be possible to have another color zipper?

Yes, of course! To do this, simply specify the preferred color of zipper in the comments to your order.

• Are the zippers metal or plastic, and how are they set inside the case? I want to be sure they cannot scratch the computer.

There is no need to worry. Zippers are made of soft plastic, while on the inside of the zipper is sewn a special protective barrier, which preserves the integrity of the coating of the edge of your device when closing the cover with a zipper.

• Does the inside pocket hold the charger without making the entire case too bulky?

We are not sure about this. As you can see in the photo of the pocket, it is a fairly flat (slim) and compact compartment where you can easily fit a small notebook or several payment cards, or a handkerchief. To store the charge, we still recommend that purchasing a special case for accessories – it is 3 times smaller than the case for a laptop but it is quite space-saving and convenient.

• I noticed that there are elastic bands on the top of the case to help hold it in place when the laptop is in use. The bands look kind of long. Would it affect the viewing of the screen?

 No, the design of the case is organized in such a way that, when opened, the edge of the front cover stretches half an inch from the top edge of the laptop display. Therefore, the rubber bands in the open position are located just above the screen of the laptop and capture the screen in blind areas, without overlapping the active part of it.

• Is there a place for me to put the stylus?

Yes, all covers for iPads provide a space for the stylus. If you order a cover that is not for an iPad and you need to place the stylus inside – please let us know in the comments to the order.

• I was wondering if I could get the elastic on both sides of the cover. So the top and bottom of the laptop would be held down.

Yes, just indicate your requirements in the comments to the order.

• Is the tablet case is able to lay flat when opened?

Yes, you can easily open the cover to 180 degrees.

• Is it possible to fold the case backwards?

 No.

• Can your products be made into a portfolio with a folder on one side and an area that is able to hold a legal pad?

Yes, just indicate your requirements in the comments to the order.

• Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we can ship to any destination.

• How much is shipping?

The price of shipping is $14

• Do you have an express shipping?

Yes, Express shipping costs $20.

• If I am buying two or more things from you do I need to pay for separate shipping or can it be shipped together?

No, the cost of shipping will not change.

• I will have to pay a large fee when importing products into my country?

No problem! We can send you a parcel at no value or estimate it at $ 1, if necessary. Just let us know in the comments to the order.

• How can I pay?

• Which additional services do you offer?

• Where do the pockets go?

You can see their placement on the photos to any cover. The pocket is usually located under the bottom half of the front covers. If necessary, we can change the placement of all the elements to the required place. For this purpose, simply indicate your requirements in the comments to the order.

• How big would the pocket be? Could it hold some of the adapters without causing it to scratch or harm the top of the laptop?

• Can a pocket safely fit an external hard drive?

We are not sure about this. As you can see in the photo of the pocket, it is a fairly slim and compact compartment where you can easily fit a small notebook or several payment cards, or a handkerchief. To store the charge, we still recommend that purchasing a special case for accessories – it is 3 times smaller than the case for a laptop but is quite space-saving and convenient.

• How does an accessory case look like with a pocket?

It looks exactly the same as inside the cover for the laptop and is located under the bottom half of the front covers.

• Where would the handles be?

You can see their placement on the photos to any case. Handles are placed on the opposite side of the spine. If necessary, we can change the placement of all the elements to the required place. For this purpose, simply indicate your requirements in the comments to the order.

• How big would the handle be?

 You can see the size of the handles on the photos to any case. Usually their length doesn’t exceed 9 inches or 23 centimeters.

• Where do you place the initials?

You can see their placement on the photos to any case. Initials are usually placed in the lower right corner of the front cover. If necessary, we can change the placement of all the elements to the required place. For this purpose, simply indicate your requirements in the comments to the order.

• How many initials can you print?

If you have ordered the Initials service, we can place up to 4 capital letters of your initials or first name.

• Can I choose the color, font size and type of initials?

 Yes, of course! By default, all initials are given a Papyrus font with color and size adequate to the design of the cover. If you have specific requirements for these details – please fill out in the comments to the order.
